Role Purpose: To support the club in communicating effectively with parents, volunteers and the wider community, helping to promote the club’s activities, achievements, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the club’s social media channels and regular communications.
• Respond to general enquiries and direct queries to the appropriate Club representative.
• Ensure communications are positive, appropriate, respectful and aligns with safeguarding and privacy requirements.
• Promote club events, initiatives, fundraising and community activities.
• Liaise with coaches, team admin’s and committee members to gather relevant information and updates.
• Help promote the club to attract new volunteers, roles and sponsors.
• Maintain a positive and professional image of the club across all communication platforms.

Ideal Candidate:
A good communicator who is organised, enthusiastic about helping in grassroots football, comfortable using social media and can spare one or two hours per week.
