CUCKFIELD COSMOS FC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Member,

We cordially invite you to join us at this year’s Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Monday 20th July via a Zoom call.

The AGM will commence at 8pm and the agenda points for discussion are as follows.

1. Apologies for Absence
2. Acceptance of minutes from the last AGM on 8th July 2019
3. Treasurer’s Report
4. Chairman’s Report
5. Election of Officers
6. Notification of Team Managers for 2020/21
7. Changes to the Club Constitution
8. Any Other Business

If you would like to attend the meeting, please could you confirm to Rachel Southwell, Club Secretary by emailing Cuckfieldcosmos@hotmail.com no later than 13th July 2020 so we can send out details.

If you would like to stand for election on to the committee please email Rachel with details by 1st July.
