We are delighted to invite you and your family to our annual presentation event, which will be held on Saturday 11th May 2019 from 1pm, this year it will be held at Haywards Heath Rugby Club on Whitemans Green, Cuckfield.

With the outdoor space that we have available at the Rugby Club, we are hoping that as many players, coaches and their families will join us for an afternoon of organised games, the presentation of player awards and a raffle to raise funds for the club. The main presentations will start at 3 pm followed by the Raffle, we aim to finish the afternoon by 5 - 6 pm.

Many of you have attended in previous years and have supported the club at this event, so we are hoping you can join us again this year.

The Bar will be inside the Club House and we will serve tea, coffee, cakes and cold drinks from the kitchen.

This year we will just be doing a BBQ, with hot dogs, burgers and salads and a vegetarian option will be available, costing: £3 each.

Admission to the event will be free but if you would like food then Tickets for food must be purchased in advance. Food tickets in advance will be available on Saturday mornings from our Tearoom at Whitemans Green or you can fill in the form attached with your requirements and send with a stamped addressed envelope to Rachel Southwell (Club Secretary) with cheques made out to Cuckfield Cosmos Football Club. Requests for tickets need to be received by May 6th.

We will be running a raffle as usual, If you would like to donate a prize please contact Rachel Southwell on cuckfieldcosmos@hotmail.com. We will do our very popular first prize of a wheelbarrow of Wine, if anyone would like to donate the wheelbarrow we would be very grateful and obviously bottles of wine to fill it up!! You can drop bottles of wine, and any other prizes, off via the tea room on Saturday mornings.

In the interests of safety, please remember that you will be responsible for your children at all times during the afternoon, please be aware that there is an access road that runs between the pitches and will be used by residents of the Beech Farm cottages, so please make sure your children and aware of this.

Parking will be available at Beech Farm Field and the Whitemans Green car park – the Rugby club park will be used for event organisers.

The Squad Managers, Committee Members and Officers of the Club look forward to seeing you on the day.
