PRESENTATION OF CLUB AWARDS 2018
We are delighted to invite you and your family to our annual presentation event, which will be held on Saturday 12th May 2018 from 1pm onwards on Beech Farm Field (adjacent to Haywards Heath Rugby Club).
With the outdoor space that we have available at Beech Farm Field, we are hoping that as many players, coaches and their families will join us for an afternoon of organised games, the presentation of player awards and a raffle to raise funds for the club. The main presentations will start at 3 pm followed by the Raffle, we aim to finish the afternoon by 5 - 6 pm.
Many of you have attended in previous years and have supported the club at this event, so we are hoping you can join us again this year.
As in previous years, we will have a bar, tea/coffee and cake stall, Ice Cream Van and Inflatables for the children and a Raffle.
We have again asked The Curry Inn in Haywards Heath to provide the food. We have a choice of 2 curries, Chicken Tikka with salad, or a Vegetable Korma Naan Bread and an Onion Bhaji (£6.00 each). We also have Hotdogs with salad (£3.00 each).
Admission to the event will be free but if you would like food then Tickets for food must be purchased in advance.
Tickets will be available on Saturday mornings from our Tearoom at Whitemans Green or you can fill in the form attached with your requirements and send with a stamped addressed envelope to Rachel Southwell (Club Secretary) with cheques made out to Cuckfield Cosmos Football Club. Requests for tickets need to be received by May 6th.
The Squad Managers, Committee Members and Officers of the Club look forward to seeing you on the day. Please request your tickets early and watch out for updates from your Team Manager and on our Twitter page.
In the interests of safety, please remember that you will be responsible for your children at all times during the afternoon so our Team Managers are able to relax and enjoy themselves as well. Please note: No Under 18’s allowed in the bar tent.
